Examinees are presented with 100 gender fair items that each consist of three statements from which the individual must choose one that best describes the self. Basic scales measure: Administration, Art, Assertiveness, Clerical positions, Food Service, Industrial Arts, Health Service, the Outdoors, Personal Service, being Persuasive, Sales, Science & Technology, Systematic types of work, Teaching/Social Service, and Writing.
CDI is only computer scored.
